How Verbal Consent Is Recorded and Stored
For each verbal opt-in, Horbinski Solutions creates and retains an internal consent record.
- Phone number that provided consent
- Date and local time consent was obtained
- Agent or staff member who obtained consent
- Method: verbal opt-in via phone conversation
- Script version used during the call
- Explicit customer response confirming opt-in
- Confirmation SMS delivery status (when applicable)
- Call log reference or CRM note reference ID
Consent records are retained for audit and compliance purposes and are made available if requested by carriers, aggregators, or platform providers.
Confirmation Message After Verbal Opt-In
After verbal consent is collected, we send a confirmation text message to document the opt-in and provide opt-out instructions.
Sample confirmation SMS:
"Horbinski Solutions: You are subscribed to SMS updates for scheduling, project updates, and support. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. You may receive recurring messages related to appointments, project communications, and account follow-up.
